On December 13th at American Underground, join Seed Sewers for a hands-on Intro to Machine Sewing Workshop taught by your instructor and special guest Mrs. Lydia. This workshop is designed specifically for beginners. We’ll start with a guided introduction to the sewing machine—learning how to thread it, wind a bobbin, adjust settings, and build confidence through simple practice stitches. After the intro lesson, you’ll apply your new skills by creating your own handmade holiday gift. Students can choose to make a scarf, a scrunchie, or both depending on time. (This portion is optional) No sewing experience is required — this workshop is welcoming, supportive, and perfect for absolute beginners.
